Cooking Instructions:
Preparation: For same-day cooking, cut open the vacuum-sealed bag and cook meat after 45 minutes. For next-day cooking, thaw in refrigerator 12 hours prior cooking. Cook to the desired temperature. The times and temperatures below are recommended for safety.
