We believe in authenticity, so we skip the fancy packaging and what’s inside our boxes makes you fall in love. Instead, we focus on what truly matters: flavor and freshness. Our kebabs are prepared with natural Mediterranean ingredients, free from preservatives and tenderizers. Handcrafted with care, our creations are designed for you to savor at your table. You will find the process below.
Quality Takes Time
To get your desired kebabs (with a Mediterranean touch), here is our process:
- We must first cut and trim the meat into kebabs.
- We then marinate the meats according to Daddy’s recipes and allow for an 8–10 hour marination period.
- We then skewer, using sustainable, 100% biodegradable bamboo skewers, and vacuum seal the meat for quality control, making sure that it is 100% airtight.
- We place it in a chiller/freezer for 4 hours getting temperatures between -10 to -20 degrees.
- Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days depending on inventory. All orders placed after 02:00 pm PST on Wednesdays with 2-Day Air will be shipped the following Monday. To get your order before the weekend please choose Next Day Air.
