Wagyu Skirt Steak Salad

Refreshing, healthy, and outright DELICIOUS! Try it out for yourself!
Serving Size: 2 Plates
Ingredients:
• 2 Wagyu skirt steaks
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• Pinch of ground black pepper
• Pinch of salt
• 4 cups salad greens (arugula, spinach, romaine, etc.)
• 2 avocados, sliced
• 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
• 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
• 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
• 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette
Preparing the Wagyu Skirt Steaks:
• Preheat the grill to high.
• Place meat skewers on BBQ grates and cook to 140^F, 3-4 minutes on each side, turning once.
• Once cooked, remove steaks from heat and let them rest.
Preparing the Salad:
• In a large bowl, combine salad greens, avocados, feta cheese, red onion, and cherry tomatoes. Add some salt and pepper to taste.
• Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and toss to combine.
• Slice steaks into strips and add to salad.
Serving and Enjoying:
