Wagyu Top Sirloin Beef Kebabs
- Ingredients: Beef, salt, black pepper, Daddy’s seasoning
- Instructions & Storage: Kebabs shipped blast-frozen with ice packs. May thaw during transit. Upon arrival, place kebabs in freezer. Kebabs last 120 days in freezer.
Cooking Instructions
- Preparation: For same-day cooking, cut open the vacuum-sealed bag and cook meat after 45 minutes. For next-day cooking, thaw in refrigerator 12 hours prior cooking. Cook to the desired temperature. The times and temperatures below are recommended for safety.
