Wagyu Bistro Filet Kebabs

• Ingredients: Beef, salt, black pepper
• Instructions & Storage: Kebabs shipped blast-frozen with ice packs. May thaw during transit. Upon arrival, place kebabs in the freezer. Kebabs last 120 days in the freezer.

Cooking Instructions

• Preparation: For same-day cooking, cut open the vacuum-sealed bag and cook the meat after 45 minutes. For next-day cooking, thaw in the refrigerator 12 hours prior to cooking. Cook to the desired temperature. The times and temperatures below are recommended for safety.

Grill

Preheat the grill to HIGH. Place meat skewers on BBQ grates and cook to the desired temperature.

Oven

Preheat broiler (350°). Place meat skewers on
a pan or skillet and cook to desired temperature.
