Best described as the Mediterranean prosciutto crudo.., Basturma is a cured, air-dried beef that originated in Armenia and Turkey. It’s seasoned with paprika, fenugreek, and other spices, and has a rich, savory flavor. Of course, our chefs had to turn it up a notch by using Wagyu-grade quality to take it to another level. Basturma is a versatile ingredient that can be eaten in sandwiches, on charcuterie boards, or fried over eggs. Each pack is 1/2lb thinly sliced ready to eat!

Wagyu Beef Basturma

• Ingredients: Beef, salt, paprika, fenugreek
• Instructions & Storage: Basturma shipped blast-frozen with ice packs. May thaw during transit. Upon arrival, place basturma in the freezer on the refrigerator. Basturma lasts up to 30 days in the refrigerator and 120 days in the freezer.
