Description
- Sujuk, also known as sucuk, is a smoky, spicy beef sausage that has its roots in Eastern Europe and is enjoyed throughout the Middle East, Central Asia, and Armenia. We decided to put our own spin on this traditional dish. While sujuk is typically cured and fermented, we used prime ground beef combined with a blend of carefully selected spices to create the perfect breakfast sausage patties, bursting with rich aroma and flavor.
If you enjoy chorizo, you will likely love sujuk! It retains all the characteristics of chorizo, albeit with a unique twist. When cooked, sujuk releases a robust aroma along with its deliciously colored and flavored fat, making it an excellent choice to fry up with eggs for a delightful breakfast, perfect for burritos or omelets.
