- Instructions & Storage: Steaks shipped frozen with ice packs. May thaw during transit. Upon arrival, place steaks in freezer. Steaks last 90 days in freezer.
Cooking Instructions
- Preparation: For same-day cooking, cut open the vacuum-sealed bag and cook meat after 45 minutes. For next-day cooking, thaw in refrigerator 12 hours prior cooking. Cook to the desired temperature. The times and temperatures below are recommended for safety.

Preheat grill to HIGH. Place steaks on
BBQ grates and cook to desired temperature.
