Cooking Instructions:
Preparation: For same-day cooking, cut open the vacuum-sealed bag and cook meat after 45 minutes. For next day cooking, thaw in refrigerator 12 hours prior cooking. Cook to the desired temperature. The times and temperatures below are recommended for safety.
