Cooking Instructions:
Preparation: For same-day cooking, cut open the vacuum-sealed bag and cook the meat after 45 minutes. For next-day cooking, thaw in the refrigerator 12 hours prior to cooking. Cook to the desired temperature. The times and temperatures below are recommended for safety.
