Angus Prime Beef Filet Mignon Kebabs
- Ingredients: Beef, black pepper, Daddy’s seasoning
- Instructions & Storage: Kebabs shipped blast-frozen with ice packs. May thaw during transit. Upon arrival, place kebabs in the freezer. Kebabs last 120 days in the freezer.
Cooking Instructions
- Preparation: For same-day cooking, cut open the vacuum-sealed bag and cook the meat after 45 minutes. For next-day cooking, thaw in the refrigerator 12 hours prior to cooking. Cook to the desired temperature. The times and temperatures below are recommended for safety.
